ORDER

This writ petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus, seeking a direction to the respondents to take appropriate action against the accused persons, based on the petitioner's complaint, dated 24.06.2022. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that based on the petitioner's complaint dated 24.06.2022, CSR.No.148 of 2022 has been assigned and for the same, enquiry is in progress.

3.Recording the same, the second respondent police is directed to consider the complaint, dated 24.06.2022, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
