Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.ARAVINDRAJ.R, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.SS.MADHAVAN, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- While passing the order yesterday (i.e) 27.09.2022, a submission has been made before this Court that the Criminal Original Petition No.5603 of 2022 was disposed of by this Court. Thereafter, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) submitted that the above said Criminal Original Petition is still pending and Criminal Miscellaneous Petition only disposed of by this Court. Based on the submission, this matter is listed under the caption ''for clarification''.

2.Perusal of CD file shows that the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition only disposed of. So the order of Court remanding the matter to the trial Court is recalled. Post the matter on 13.10.2022, for hearing on merits.
