PRAYER :-For Bail in Crime No.105/2022 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused herein, who was arrested on 25.05.2022 for the alleged offence under Sections 147, 148, 120(b), 201, 342, 397, 449, 456, 302 IPC, in Crime No.105 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.Though the offence committed by the petitioner is serious in nature, till now, the respondent Police has not filed charge sheet within the statutory period. Hence, this Court without going into the merits of the case, considering the completion of statutory period undergone by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to grant statutory bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. 3.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed and the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail, on executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
