Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S SURESH.M, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crl. side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- 1/3

The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that in the anticipatory bail petition, he had mentioned the first petitioner's name as P.Sasidharan instead of mentioning as P.Sasindran in Crl.OP(MD)No.11320 of 2023 dated 23.06.2023 and produced the FIR copy and Aadhar card.

2.Considering the reason stated above, this petition is allowed. The trial Court is directed to accept the order copy in the name of P.Sasidharan for the petitioner. The time is also extended further for a period of 15 days, from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
