This petition has been filed to expedite the disposal of the case pending before the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Manamadurai in C.C.No. 355 of 2016 within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.Heard both sides.

3.The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) would submit that now new Court has been constituted and the proceedings in C.C.No.355 of 2016 transferred to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tiruppuvanam, and assigned new number in C.C.No.703 of 2019. 4.Considering the above facts, this Court is inclined to pass the following order:
