ORDER

The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition, challenging the order passed by the second respondent dated 24.06.2015, rejecting the petitioner's application for grant of educational loan.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent Bank fairly submitted that now, the Bank is ready to reconsider the petitioner's application for grant of educational loan, if the petitioner produces the first year mark sheet.

3.In reply, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is ready to produce the first year mark sheet.

4.Heard the submissions made on either side and carefully perused the documents.

5.Considering the above submissions, this Court is of the view that since the petitioner is undergoing the two years M.B.A course and he has already completed the first year, the petitioner is directed to produce the first year mark sheet, in order to show that he is actually undergoing the course. On such production of first year mark sheet, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's application and pass orders within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
