O R D E R
This petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to withdraw the case in crime No.481 of 2017 on the file of the 3rd respondent and entrust the same to the 4th respondent herein for investigation of the case by a competent officer and file a final report before the court concerned with the time stipulated by this Court.

2.The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) submitted that already, the investigation in crime No.482 of 2017 on the file of the 3rd respondent has been transferred to the file of the Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Tiruchirappalli and after receipt of the same, the Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Trichy conducted detailed investigation and there are so many victims and they have to collect the evidence to file the final report.
3.Considering the said submission, this Court is of the view that at this stage, transfer of investigation to the file of the 4th respondent would affect the entire investigation. Furthermore, already, the investigation has been transferred from the file of the 3rd respondent to the file of the Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Trichy and hence, the Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Trichy is directed to complete the investigation in crime No.481 of 2017 on the file of the 3rd respondent police and file the final report, within a period of three months 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The 2nd respondent is also directed to monitor the investigation and ensure that the charge sheet is filed within the time stipulated by this Court. 4.With the above direction, this criminal original petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
