To relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl O.P (MD) No. 12105 of 2021 dated 24.08.2021 Order : These petitions coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petitions filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.M.ANANTHA MURUGAN, Advocate for the petitioners in both the petitions and of Mr.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Government Advocate (crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent in both the petitions, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD)Nos.10981 & 12105 of 2021, dated 10.08.2021 & 24.08.2021 respectively.
