O RDER This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.532 of 2021 on the file of the second respondent to any other Competent Agency and direct them to file a final report within a time stipulated by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that it would suffice if this Court directs the second respondent Police to conclude the investigation in Crime No.532 of 2021 and file a charge sheet before the trial Court within a time stipulated by this Court.

3. In reply to the same, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submits that the charge sheet is made ready, however, in view of the interim order granted by this Court directing the respondent Police not to file the charge sheet, the charge sheet has not been filed. But, if this Court permits the respondent Police to file the charge sheet, the charge sheet will be filed. 2/4

Considering the limited request made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and also the submission made by the Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, the second respondent Police is directed to file a charge sheet within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
