ORDER
This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the I Additional District Court, Madurai to dispose the case in S.O.P.No.141 of 2021 within the time to be fixed by this Court.
2. Mr.C.Karthick, learned Counsel, takes notice for the respondents 3 &
4. Since no adverse order is going to be passed as against the respondents 1, 2, 5 and 6, notice to them is dispensed with.
3.The petitioner herein filed a succession original petition in S.O.P.No. 141 of 2021 seeking succession certificate in favour of the petitioner and the respondents 5 and 6 enabling them to receive EPF, Gratuity and Group Insurance amount of the deceased husband of the petitioner from the first and second respondents.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petition filed seeking succession certificate is pending for the past four years without any progress. Hence, he seeks expeditious disposal of the suit. 5.Considering the limited request of the petitioner, this Court directs the trial Court to dispose of the petition in S.O.P.No.141 of 2021 as expeditiously as possible based upon the seniority of the cases.
