ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/A1 & A2, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 447, 506(i) IPC and Section 3 & 4 of TNPCEI Act, 2003, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail. 2.Heard both sides.

3.It is seen that the same counsel for the very same petitioners already filed anticipatory bail in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13811 of 2020 and the same was allowed and the petitioners were granted anticipatory bail by order dated 02.12.2020 itself. CRL OP(MD). No.14914 of 2020 counsel for the petitioners filed another petition for anticipatory bail on 09.12.2020, without even knowing the earlier petition and the order passed by this Court.
