This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to file a final report in Crime No.164 of 2023. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that in this case the respondent police has completed the investigation and they have examined five witnesses. However, they have not filed a final report for want of original documents from the petitioner in connection with the Crime No.164 of 2023.

3.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this criminal original petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to furnish the original documents and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police and co-operate for the investigation. 2/4

The respondent police shall issue necessary acknowledgment for the receipt of original documents from the petitioner. The respondent police shall also file a final report within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
