This petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the respondents to secure the accused in Crl.A.No.26 of 2014 on the file of the learned Sessions Court, Kanyakumari at Nagercoil to undergo the sentence imposed on him, confirming the order passed in C.C.No.38 of 2013 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate (FTC No.III), Nagercoil.

Crl.O.P(MD).No.4254 of 2018 C.C.No.38 of 2013 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate (FTC No.III), Nagercoil, entered into compromise and settled their issues amicably.
