(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a Writ of Mandamus, to dispose of the Complaint No.308/2020, dated 12.11.2020.

2.The learned counsel appearing for respondent Nos.2 and 3 submitted that a notice has also been issued in Complaint No.308/2020, by respondent No.1 and reply has also been given. 3.In such view of the matter, we direct respondent No.1 to conclude the aforesaid proceedings within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
