PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, praying to call for the records pertaining to the order dated 28.03.2023 passed by the Sessions Judge Mahila Court, Tiruchirappalli in Crl.A.No.57 of 2020 in so far modifying the compensation, setting aside the return of jewels, modifying the residence order and modifying the protection order awarded in D.V.C.No.122 of 2016 dated 06.10.2020 by the Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Tiruchirappalli for the reliefs U/S 18, 19, 20 and 22 of protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 and set aside the same. O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking to set aside the order dated 28.03.2023 passed by the Sessions Judge Mahila Court, Tiruchirappalli in Crl.A.No.57 of 2020 in so far modifying the compensation, setting aside the return of jewels, modifying the residence order and modifying the protection order awarded in D.V.C.No.122 of 2016 dated 06.10.2020 by the Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Tiruchirappalli for the reliefs U/S 18, 19, 20 and 22 of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005. 2.Learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that during the pendency of this Civil Revision Petition, the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and the respondent / husband has settled a property in favour of his daughter and a settlement deed was executed and handed over to the petitioner. Hence, the learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Court may close this Civil Revision Petition as full quit in respect of DVC alone.

3.Recording the same, this Civil Revision Petition stands closed. However, this order will not stand in the way of the petitioner / wife to pursue 2/5

her remedy before the trial Court in the maintenance case, which ended in her favour. There shall be no order as to costs.
