ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to modify the condition no.6(c) imposed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD).No.9564 of 2025 dated 09.06.2025 in connection with the Crime No.103 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel on both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the petition, the condition no.6(c) imposed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD).No.9564 of 2025 dated 09.06.2025, is hereby modified as follows:- "The petitioner shall appear and sign before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Karaikkudi on all working days at 10.30 a.m. and 05.30 p.m. from 15.07.2025 until further orders."
