This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.18760 of 2025 in Crl.A.(MD)No.1292 of 2025, dated 07.04.2026.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner has complied with the condition for 42 days.
