Prayer:- This Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to direct the learned First Additional Subordinate Judge, Tiruchirappalli to dispose the suit in O.S.No.469 of 2021 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within the period specified by this Court. O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition is preferred by the revision petitioners/plaintiffs for speedy disposal of the suit in O.S.No.469 of 2021 on the file of the I Additional Subordinate Court, Tiruchirappalli.

2. Since this Civil Revision Petition filed by the revision petitioners is only for speedy disposal of the suit in O.S.No.469 of 2021, notice for the respondents is not required and is therefore dispensed with.

3. The learned counsel for the revision petitioners would submit that the revision petitioners are senior citizens and they are interested in enjoying the fruits of the decree during their lifetime. He further would submit that in fact, respondents 1 to 6/defendants 1 to 6 remained exparte and seventh Page No. 2 of 4

respondent/seventh defendant alone is contesting the suit and she had also filed her Written Statement as early on 22.11.2022.

4. The learned counsel for the revision petitioners would further submit that the suit in O.S.No.469 of 2021 is periodically adjourned without any reasonable ground and now the case is posted for framing of issues. It is submitted that the suit is pending for more than 1 year.

5. The learned counsel for the revision petitioners would also submit that from the year 1984 onwards, the revision petitioners are deprived of their legal rights and unable to realize their rights over the super structure and the 'Hotel Thalavada Samans' for many years.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned I Additional Subordinate Judge, Tiruchirappalli is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.469 of 2021, without giving any unnecessary adjournments, by affording sufficient opportunities to the respective parties to put forth their contentions, as expeditiously as possible, within a period of 1 year from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
