Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the show cause notice in Na.Ka.No.E2/18972/2015, dated 22.04.2015 passed by the respondent No.3 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondent No.3 to reinstate the petitioner into service with continuity and all benefits.

Mrs.S.Bharathi, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents.
2. By consent of parties, the main Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal.
3. Though the prayer is one for Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the show-cause notice, dated 22.04.2015, from the typed set of papers, it is seen that the petitioner has given his https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
explanation on 26.04.2015, based on the explanation, enquiry was conducted by the respondent No.3 and subsequently, the petitioner obtained certain information under the R.T.I Act and thereafter, the petitioner has made a representation on 01.12.2015 and hence, now the learned counsel for the petitioner would restrict his prayer for a Writ of Mandamus to complete the enquiry and pass orders based on the explanation given by the petitioner on 26.04.2015.
4. Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner, the third respondent is directed to complete the enquiry based on the explanation and representation submitted by the petitioner, dated 26.04.2015 and 01.12.2015 respectively and dispose of the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
