ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

2. The petitioner seeks issuance of patta in respect of the petition mentioned land. He had given a petition on 23.05.2022.

3. The fourth respondent shall enquire into the same and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is for the fourth respondent to pass order one way or other.
