This writ petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the the respondent to grant permission and protection for conducting the tournament on 05.03.2016 at 10.00 p.m to 10.00 a.m pursuant to collect funds for a "Packiyaraj family welfare" at Amman Kovil Street, Melapattamudiyapuram, Tiruenelveli District performed by "Packiyaraj Memorial Kabadi Club" on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 22.02.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondent.

3. Without going into the merits of the case, the respondent is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ directed to consider the representation of the petitioner taking into

consideration the antecedents of the petitioner and his capacity to conduct the tournament and all other factors including communal and law and order factors and dispose the same on merits and in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably on or before 02.03.2016. In the event of the authorities deciding to give permission, the same should include the conditions imposed by this Court in W.P.(MD) No.1474 of 2016 dated 22.01.2016. 4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of.No costs.
