O R D E R

This petition has been filed to implead the offences as well as the other accused persons in Crime No.43 of 2018 on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 05.03.2018.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, a case has been registered in Crime No.43 of 2018 and thereafter completed the investigation and file a final report and the same has been taken cognizance in C.C.No.101 of 2019 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pattukottai.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is at liberty to undertake the provisions under Sections 216 and 319 of Cr.P.C., to include the other charges as well as the other accused persons before the trial Court during the trial.

4. With the above directions, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
