The respondents have complied with the order passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.13808 of 2015, dated 31.10.2022. However, the Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the respondents have not disbursed the pension.

2. The Learned counsel apperaring for the respondents submitted that pension will be paid in due course.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Contempt Petition is closed. In case, if the petitioner will not receive pension, he is at liberty to reopen this Contempt petition.
