ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused Rank Not known, who apprehends arrest at the hands of

the respondent police for the offences punishable under section 420 IPC, in Crime No.Not known of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions from the respondent Police, submitted that the petition enquiry is pending against the petitioner.

3. The learned Counsel for the petitioners submitted that the respondent police is harassing the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondent police is directed to follow the procedure under Section 35 of BNSS, and to conduct the enquiry and if any prima facie case is made out against the petitioner, register the F.I.R. or close the petition enquiry within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. Till such time, the petitioners shall not be arrested by the respondent police.
