ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 4th respondent to consider the petitioner's representation / application dated 28.03.2017 and 15.07.2024 for compassionate appointment.

2. Even though this writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for compassionate appointment, he is now seeking only the issuance of an integrated certificate. The application for the integrated certificate ought to be considered by the 4th respondent in accordance with the prevailing rules and regulations.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directing the 4th respondent to consider the petitioner's request and issue integrated certificate, as per law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
