This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in D.V.O.P.No.1 of 2018 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumangalam.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the respondent herself had withdrawn the domestic complaint in D.V.O.P.No.1 of 2018 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumangalam. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
