ORDER:- This Criminal Original Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dt.04.10.2021 and the requisition letter submitted by the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tirunelveli, in D.No.403/2022, dated 18.02.2022 and this Court made the following order:- The learned Special Judicial Magistrate, Special Court for Land Grabbing Cases, Judicial Magistrate No.I, (FAC), Tirunelveli has sent a letter requesting extension of a further time to dispose of the case in D.V.O.P.No.10 of 2017 pursuant to the order of this Court dated 04.10.2021.

3. The reasons stated in the letter dated 18.02.2022 is accepted and a further period of two months time is granted, to comply with the direction of this Court, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
