ORDER
The petitioner with an allegation that the respondent police is harassing him under the guise of an enquiry has approached this Court. 1/4
2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondents submits that one Pakyalakshmi has lodged a complaint before the first respondent as against the petitioner that he created a forged document on her property. The said complaint was forwarded for enquiry and they have initiated petition enquiry in CSR.No.74 of 2025 and the same is pending.
3.In view of the above, this Court directs the second respondent Police to complete the enquiry, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner shall appear and co-operate for the enquiry and the respondent Police shall not harass the petitioner during the enquiry. In the event, if any cognizable offence is made out, the respondent police shall register a case or else close the enquiry.
