This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the respondents to expedite the investigation in Crime No.227 of 2017, on the file of the second respondent.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents would submit that now the investigation is in progress and they will file a final report within a period of three months. 3.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the second respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.227 of 2017, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
