This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.666 of 2017 and to file the final report.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents would submit that now the investigation is in progress and they will file a final report within a period of three months. 3.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.666 of 2017, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
