ORDER

The petitioner has come up with the above writ petition seeking for the issue of a writ of mandamus, to direct the first respondent to transfer her to the Government Higher Secondary School, Chettikulam, Tirunelveli District by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 03.02.2016.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Mr.V.Muruganandam, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.

3.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that it would be suffice if the representation of the petitioner, dated 03.02.2016, is directed to be disposed of by the first respondent within a stipulated time.

4.In view of the limited relief sought for in the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 03.02.2016 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
