ORDER
The petitioner has come up with the above writ petition seeking for the issue of a writ of mandamus, to direct the respondent to complete the enquiry proceedings in TDP Case No.8A/2013 dated 28.01.2014. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Mr.S.Satheesh Kumar, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondent.
3.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that it would be suffice if the enquiry proceedings in TDP Case No.8A/2013 dated 28.01.2014 is directed to be completed by the respondent within a stipulated time.
4.In view of the limited relief sought for in the writ petition, the respondent is directed to complete the said proceedings and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
