ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the investigation has been completed and the final report has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Sathur. Hence, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. 2.Accordingly, this petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. However, liberty is granted to the petitioners to workout their remedy appropriately, if they are aggrieved by the contents of the final report.
