PRAYER :- To extend the time to comply the condition stipulated in the order passed by this Court dated 30.04.2025 in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.6192 of 2025 in Crl.M.P. (MD).No.4337 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.13176 of 2024. ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed for extension of time to comply the condition stipulated in the order passed by this Court dated 30.04.2025 in Crl.M.P.(MD). No.6192 of 2025 in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.4337 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.13176 of 2024.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Hon'ble Court passed an order in Crl.O.P(MD).No.13176 of 2024 dated 02.09.2024 and enlarged the petitioner on anticipatory bail. He further submits that the petitioner was affected with Jaundice and he was taking conservation Siddha Medicinal treatment. He recovered from the sickness only in the third week of June, 2025. Due to the health condition of the petitioner, he is unable to comply the condition imposed by this Court. For the said reason only, he is unable to comply the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.13176 of 2024 dated 02.09.2024. Hence, he prayed to extend the time period, by allowing this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent has not raised any objection to allow this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition.

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner 2/4

and being satisfied with the reasons stated above, this Court is inclined to extend the time period. Accordingly, further period of one week is granted from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that no further extension of time will be granted in future.
