This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned Principal District Judge, Kanyakumari at Nagercoil to dispose of the case in S.C.No.110 of 2016.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner is accused No.1 in S.C.No.110 of 2016 and the matter is pending from the year 2016, and so far not posted for trial. Hence, the present criminal original petition has been filed.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that in the absence of the petitioner, the trial could not be commenced and now the matter is posted for trial on 16.09.2019.

4. Considering the fact that the matter is pending from the year 2016 and the matter is also posted on 16.09.2019 for trial, the learned Principal District Judge, Kanyakumari at Nagercoil is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL.O.P.(MD).No.11863 of 2019 directed to proceed with the trial and complete the same within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the criminal original petition is disposed of.
