The petitioner has come up with the above writ petition seeking for the issue of a writ of mandamus, to direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's application dated 21.01.2016 seeking revocation of the order bearing Ref.No.Estt/999/B5/2015 dated 12.11.2015.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that it would be suffice if the representation of the petitioner, dated 21.01.2016, is directed to be disposed of by the respondent within a stipulated time.

4.In view of the limited relief sought for in the writ petition, the respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 21.01.2016 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
