This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to file a final report in Crime No.10 of 2024 . 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the case was registered only on 11.03.2024 and they have examined five witnesses in Crime No.10 of 2024 and they would complete the investigation within three months.

3.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this criminal original petition is closed with a direction to the respondent police to conclude the investigation as expeditiously as possible and file the final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
