O R D E R

************ [Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.] The writ petitioner seeks cancellation of the patta issued in favour of the 7th respondent. It is the third respondent who is to consider the said request.

2.This court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, directs the third respondent to consider the representation dated 27.01.2015 submitted by the writ petitioner in accordance with law after issuing notice to the 7th respondent and other interested parties, if any. The third respondent shall pass appropriate orders within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
