The Writ Petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the respondents to cancel the registered document No.1200/2005 by the third respondent in Survey Nos.733/1A, 733/1C, 734/1A, 734/1C and 735/2C situated in Melkaraipatti Village, Palani Taluk, Dindigul District as illegal registration based on the writ petitioner's representation dated 09.08.2021.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
