This petition has been filed to to set aside the dismissal order of the Crl.M.P.No.464 of 2018 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, Padmamabhapuram and recall the witness of P.W.9 and allow to cross examine him.

2.The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) submitted that the main case in C.C.No.72 of 2011 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Padmanabhapuram itself was ended in acquittal vide judgment dated 17.05.2018 and hence, the prayer sought for by https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL.O.P (MD) No.4599 of 2018 the petitioner has now become infructuous.

3.Recording the same, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
