ORDER

The writ petition has been filed for issuance of writ of Mandamus directing the respondent herein to settle the death benefits (terminal benefits) payable to petitioners' deceased mother Deivanai and to pay the family pension with arrears within a stipulated time.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side. 3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent Corporation has produced a proceedings, dated 08.03.2016 in and by which, it is stated that after inviting the Service Register of the deceased, the claimed benefits will be disbursed to the legal heirs.

4.Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 14.12.2015 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
