ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to instruct the second respondent to give adequate police protection for life and limb for the petitioner. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was working as cooli and because of the land dispute, a suit in O.S.No.301 of 2009 came to be filed by him before the Principal District Munsif Court, Padbanabapuram and the same was decreed in favour of the petitioner. Because of the trouble made by the private respondents herein, a complaint was given to the concerned Police. However, no action has been taken and hence, the petitioner filed a petition in Crl.M.P.No.3685 of 2019 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Padmanabhapuram. Crl.O.P.(MD)No.11935 of 2019 private respondents made trouble to the petitioner and hence, the petitioner approached this Court.
3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the first and second respondent would submit that because of land dispute, a complaint and counter complaint were preferred and the representation made by the petitioner is pending. 4.Even though notice has been served on the private respondents, none appeared on behalf of them. Since the representation made by the petitioner is pending, this Court directs the second respondent to complete the enquiry process in the representation made by the petitioner by summoning the petitioner as well as the private respondents and complete the enquiry within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
