ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who seeks anticipatory bail, is facing charges under Sections 294(b), 506(ii), 427 and 447 IPC in Crime No.Not known of 2022 on the file of the respondent police. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submits that so far no case has been registered against the petitioner and only the petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.852 of 2022.

3.Since no case has been registered against the petitioner so far, the question of granting anticipatory bail to him may not arise. The petitioner can workout his remedy in accordance with law, if any trouble arises during the course of investigation. 4.With the aforesaid liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
