PRAYER: Petition filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents not to harass the petitioners and their family members under the guise of enquiry by involving in a civil dispute.

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the the 1st and 2nd respondents not to harass the petitioners and their family members under the guise of enquiry by involving in a civil dispute.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioners reiterated the contention raised in the petition.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would state that the petitioners' complaint in CSR No.271 of 2020 was enquired. Both the petitioners and the 3rd respondent appeared before the respondent police and undertook that they will approach the concerned Civil Forum for their remedy and the 3rd respondent has specifically stated that no further action is required against his complaint and accordingly the complaint was closed on 02.12.2020. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
