No.7130 of 2022 in Crl.OP.(MD).No.7537 of 2022 dt.24.6.2022 on the file of this Honble Court.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.J.SULTHANBASHA, Advocate for M/S.AJMAL ASSOCIATES, for the petitioner and of Mr.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP(MD)No.7130 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.7537 of 2022 on 24.06.2022.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

CRL MP(MD) No.9658 of 2022 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied the condition regularly and investigation is still pending.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.MP(MD)No.7130 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.7537 of 2022 is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a month, ie., on the first working day of every month at about 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
