O R D E R

This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in connection with S.T.C.No.370 of 2017, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Tirunelveli, Tirunelveli District in connection with Crime No.134 of 2017, on the file of the first respondent Police.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that prosecution has examined all witnesses except Investigating officer. The statement is recorded.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission, at this stage, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted. However, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Tirunelveli, Tirunelveli District is directed to complete the trial and dispose of the case, within a period of Four (4) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
