ORDER
This petition is filed seeking direction to the respondents, particularly the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that 1996 to 1998, he was involved in criminal cases and after the disposal of the above said case for the past 20 years, no case is pending against the petitioner. Inspite of that, there is continuous trouble made by the second respondent and they are going to initiate action under 110 Cr.P.C, without following procedure.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that there is no complaint against this petitioner and there is no proposal to initiate action under Section 110 Cr.P.C against this petitioner.
