2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate (crl. Side) would submit that after registered the FIR in Crime No.20 of 2016 for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 447, 506(ii) r/w 34 of I.P.C., the first respondent police has completed investigation and closed as 'Mistake of Fact'. This statement is recorded.

3. Recording the same, the instant Criminal Original Petition is closed.
