For Respondent : Ms.Ananthadevi, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) PETITION FOR BAIL Under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No. 1624/2020 on the file of the respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/accused, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 16.11.2020 for the offences punishable under Section 392 of IPC on the file of the respondent police seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner herein at knife point snatched a cell phone worth Rs.3000/-.Hence the complaint.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is innocent and a false case has been foisted against the petitioner. He would also submit that the stolen properties have been recovered.

4. The learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) would submit that the petitioner is a habitual offender and having 12 previous case of similar nature and investigation is still pending. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

5. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is a habitual offender and having 12 previous case of similar nature and he was arrested only on 16.11.2020, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
