This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 5 of Limitation Act, to condone the delay of 101 days in filing the Criminal Revision Petition in Crl.R.C.(MD) SR.No. 23683 of 2025 on the file of this in Crl.A.No.36 of 2025 on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Madurai dated 18.03.2025 and thus render justice.

ORDER

This petition is filed to condone the delay of 101 days in filing of the above Criminal 1/3

Revision Case.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, this petition is allowed on payment of cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to the Siddha Clinic, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court. (A/c No.6865578213, Indian Bank, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court), within two days from the date of receipt of copy of this order failing which, this petition shall stand automatically dismissed without reference to this Court.

4.The Registry is directed to number the Criminal Revision Case and post the matter on 18.08.2025.
